Saber Awarded Contract to Enhance Texas DMV System

Saber's industry expertise earns the State's confidence

Portland, Oregon – December 20th, 2007 – Saber Corp. is proud to announce that it has been awarded a contract from the Texas Department of Transportation for the enhancement of their Registration and Titling System. This contract was designed to overhaul the state's thirteen year old system.

Texas' Motor Vehicle agency, second only to California in size, processes 125,000 transactions daily. Some of the critical functions to be implemented will include efficient monitoring of the casual sale of vehicles; better tracking of temporary tags, which will improve the quality of information provided to law enforcement; access to services through the internet for business partners and citizens; a secure, automated system that will deter automobile fraud and theft.

Saber is looking forward to starting this project and is grateful for the opportunity to partner with the State of Texas.
