The Saber Child Support Practice has been able to help child support enforcement agencies implement systems on a wide range of system platforms. This broad experience with technology has been invaluable in selecting the best technology upon which to deliver child support enforcement services, and also in interfacing with external systems. Our experience has been critical to the successful integration of disparate technologies. An example of this is when we implemented a complete Java front-end for a mainframe based child support system. Our experience at integrating new and old technology is exceptional.
In regard to the newest technology and development practices, Saber is implementing an enterprise Health and Human Services platform that offers a pure service-oriented architecture built on open standards and deployed over the Internet. The platform was built with case and financial management programs in mind, such as the child support enforcement program. It offers the ability to easily integrate multiple program areas for integrated service delivery and low cost of ownership.
